Elton Mayo

Elton Mayo was a renowned Australian psychologist and sociologist. Mayo studied at the University of Adelaide, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in philosophy and psychology, and later earned an honorary Master of Arts Degree from the University of Queensland. Mayo's work was influenced by the ideas of Sigmund Freud and Mary Parker Follett.
